Pre-Treatment Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so your treatment may start on time. Late arrivals may not receive full service. As part of your spa experience, we encourage you to plan extra time to relax in our lounge, enjoy the outdoor saltwater pool and whirlpool, or exercise in our state-of-the-art Fitness Center.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or shorten the length of your service. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. We regret that a lack of notification will result in a full billing of your scheduled service.
